Before booking your furbabies appointments please take note: Appointments are high priority for you and for us, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice, if possible.

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a late cancel fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

​

• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late arrival fee of $15. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will incur a minimum fee of $25, or may have to forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule based on availability.

• If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.

• We reserve the right to adjust an appointment. Should such a cancellation or rescheduling occur within 36 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment with priority booking will be scheduled without any fees, based on availability.
